In one of our older buildings, the bathrooms are not on every floor, meaning you have to walk upstairs to pee. This building is also so old that it does not have an elevator.

So someone please explain to me why the toilets on the fourth floor has a wheelchair accessible stall. I assume it’s because after you drag your chair up four flights of stairs, you’ll need ample space to catch your breath.
